Off Track:

  • Education on: warm up, cool down and injury prevention

  • Joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and strength assessments

  • Training programme review

  • Optional add-on: complementary 30 min 1:1 health coaching session to explore mindset, goals, and running consistency

On Track:

  • Acceleration, in-flight running, and deceleration

  • Multi-angle video analysis

  • Frame-by-frame review of stride mechanics, foot strike, arm swing, and cadence

  • Action plan including corrective plyometric running drills, exercises, and technique cues

  • Optional re-testing after 6–8 weeks

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

There is a minimum notice period for cancellations or reschedules. This applies to both self funders and those paying via health insurance

-Cancellations/reschedules the day before or on the day of your session are charged at full price

-No charge for cancellations/reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance
