Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all! Personal training is designed to help you improve your fitness — you don’t need to be “in shape” to begin. I’ll guide you through everything at your own pace.

Can personal training help after injury?

Yes — with my physiotherapy background, I specialise in rehabilitation-focused training, helping you safely return to exercise after injury, surgery, or periods of inactivity.
